  HAIR LOSS AND CHEMICALLY DAMAGED HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!
  I do not know if management has changed since the incident IN 2015 (after being a loyal Client for 3 years I have not been back in a year) but this is my experience.

  I usually get my hair done by one girl in particular who I loved. On the 3rd Of Sept. I called to see if anyone could fit me in as it was my Birthday and I was looking for some touch up foils and a trim after coming back from Europe.
  
  The younger hairdresser (who I had previously been informed was the new owners Daughter) was the only one available so I booked in with her.
  
  SHE BURNT MY HAIR at the FRONT! I told her my hair dyes easily and that I usually only have it in for a little bit and asked her to wash it out as it had been in for an extra 20minutes to normal. As she was busy cutting a guys hair at the front counter she told me "babe this is a different dye it takes longer..."
  
  10 minutes later I walked up to her and requested that she was the dye out of my hair.
  The colour was purple so then she informed me it was an easy fix and she would just add a toner.
  
  Long story short that day I had some breakage which I was upset about but by the end of that week I had bald patches in on both sides at the front. I was so embarrassed I cancelled my appointments for that week trying to figure out ways to cover it up.
  
  Its been almost a year and some parts of my hair are starting to grow back and some are not. My new hairdresser who I pay a fortune for in the city in order to try and revive my hair has informed me that there is a possibility that some parts of my hair may never grow back.
  
  ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND I AM STILL SOOO ANGRY!!!!
  
  On top of all of that she had the audacity to charge me full price after damaging my hair on my birthday and ignoring me.
  
  LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
