  If you are looking for a store with customer service, avoid this place. Their correspondence is terrible, their phone skills are terrible and the whole customer service experience is terrible.
  
  I'll give them 1 positive and that goes to the Ash and the other girls that work the in accessories. Ash is bloody amazing! Her and the other girls are the only good thing about this store, perhaps get them to teach your sales and finance guys better customer service..
  
  It's a regular occurrence waiting on follow up emails and return calls. Was told multiple of times I would receive an email with relevant contract and other vital information, never received.
  
  Was always told that your sales guys would call me back on general inquiries, not 1 phone call.
  
  And to add injury to insult, was told by the business manager " I'll give you call once the finance and when the bike is ready to go " I had to call them and chase them up....
  
  The business manager also makes your feel uncomfortable and gives you a feeling that you're worthless and only wants you money.
  
  Avoid this place at all costs. Find another Honda dealer.
